Context

In view of the Covid19 pandemic lockdown, all malls and department stores had to close their doors.

Challenge

After authorities announced their reopening under a “new normality”, there was a risk that misinformation and uncertainty could be generated about the implementation of sanitary measures.

Integral communications strategies

Solution

We developed an integral strategy to communicate the measures being taken in order to generate confidence among clients.  The objective was to show the commitment of malls and department stores with the safety of their clients. It also was to show that the measures were being carried out in an efficient way to prevent a bad experience to customers.
